What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to staff in developing specifications for new or revised systems
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling activities within the IT section
- Collaborate with client management to identify complex business requirements and oversee application design, testing, and implementation processes
- Act as an expert technical resource to development staff during all phases of the development and implementation process
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections, ensuring seamless operations across departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Cadence certification and experience required
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to instruct and direct the work of others
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
