      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and provide technical guidance to Applications Analysts in system development
      - Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling section activities
      - Work with client management to identify complex business requirements and processes
      - Coordinate activities with other IT sections, such as database and technical support
      - Act as an expert technical resource throughout the development and implementation process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
      - Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
      - Epic Cadence certification and experience required
      - Strong supervisory skills to direct and check the work of other analysts
      - Ability to act as a project leader and perform management functions when needed

      - Advanced degree in a related field
      - Experience with diverse development platforms and technologies
      - Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and processes
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
