What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, or a business-related area
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a physician billing or hospital environment
- Experience building dashboards with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Epic Clarity Data Model Certification is required
- Intermediate-advanced SQL proficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using AthenaIDX for data analytics
- Track record of success as a healthcare data analyst or similar business analyst
- Familiarity with data science tools/languages such as STATA, Python, or R
- Strong project management skills and ability to advance project timelines
