What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to the Applications Analyst team
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling section activities
- Collaborate with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections such as database, telecommunications, and technical support
- Serve as an expert technical resource throughout the development and implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Epic ClinDoc and/or Optime certification and experience required
- Strong supervisory skills and experience in guiding technical staff
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information

- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with diverse development platforms, software, hardware, and technologies
- Previous project leadership experience
- Familiarity with healthcare application design and implementation processes
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
