What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have over 2 years of healthcare experience
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic Systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Service Operations and ServiceNow Virtual Agent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Epic CareConnect and medical equipment knowledge
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry
