What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with client management to identify and specify application requirements
- Formulate logical statements of application system requirements for small information systems applications
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective options
- Participate in the development, testing, and installation processes alongside clients and other IT areas
- Assist in the design and implementation of detailed systems test plans to ensure product accuracy and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis or design
- Epic Certification and experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with small information systems applications
- Familiarity with logic flow-charting techniques
- Experience in training or supervising lower-level analysts
