What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and analysis
- Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration
- Conduct prototypes and develop functional specifications and data mapping
- Identify and resolve gaps in business processes and assist with user documentation
- Provide support to end-users for application configuration and in-house developed applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development
- Experience in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies
- Must have Hospital Billing experience and complete EPIC certification within 6 months of hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced computer skills and a general understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Scheduling, ADT, HIM, and Hospital Billing systems
