      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot low to moderate complexity end-user issues and workflow problems for departmental users and stakeholders
      - Analyze business operations to prioritize and implement requested changes to the system
      - Design, test, implement, and support files/systems within assigned products with minimal supervision
      - Maintain standards for application system build and database maintenance, including updates to master files and profiles
      - Collaborate with team members and vendor support personnel to ensure optimal system functionality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or 2 years' work-related experience in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or IT, demonstrating an advanced understanding of application software deployment
      - Certification for assigned applications must be obtained within designated timeframe per policy
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
      - Willingness to travel to any/all employer and affiliated sites

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project management and change management methodologies
      - Familiarity with IT Project Management tools
      - Proven ability to conduct in-depth analyses of workflows and technical issues
      - Strong collaborative skills to adjust priorities based on business needs
