What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to staff in the development of specifications for new or revised systems
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections, ensuring effective collaboration across departments
- Assist in identifying complex business requirements and processes for application design, testing, and implementation
- Act as an expert technical resource throughout the development and implementation processes
- May perform management functions in the absence of the Manager and act as a project leader

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Certification in Willow Inpatient required; Willow Inventory certification preferred
- Strong experience with Charging and Inventory considered a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory role within an IT environment
- Advanced technical certifications related to applications analysis or IT management
- Familiarity with diverse development platforms, software, and hardware technologies
