What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in related technical/business area with 6 years of IT or business experience
- Strong Unix skills and experience with operating system file permissions
- Certification as an Epic Operational Database Administrator for more than 3 years
- Advanced understanding of PC fundamentals and MS-Windows
- Ability to follow change management processes and Epic Best Practice recommendations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
