      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Thoroughly review and interpret payer contracts to identify key terms for billing codes and payment methodologies
      - Stay updated on payer policy changes to ensure compliance and accurate billing
      - Assist payer relations with contract modeling for negotiations
      - Collaborate with various teams to address contract concerns and ensure accurate implementation in the Epic system
      - Utilize data analytics tools to monitor contract performance and identify trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in Healthcare, Epic IT, and/or Financial Operations; OR Associate's Degree with 7 years; OR Bachelor's Degree with 5 years in relevant fields
      - Minimum of three years’ experience in Epic contract maintenance and modeling
      - In-depth knowledge of healthcare contracts, including payer terms and reimbursement methodologies
      - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and draw actionable insights
      - Required certifications: Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration (RHB390) and Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts (RPB390)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five years’ experience in Epic contract maintenance and modeling modules
