What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications
- Oversee daily tracking and follow-up on operational issues and questions
- Conduct applications analysis and impact analysis of new or modified applications and processes
- Provide application support and guidance to end users, resolving complex application problems
- Prepare written documentation, including application documentation, analytical reports, and training manuals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including at least one year in programming or applications analysis
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Previous experience leading a project and/or team is preferred
- Certification in Service Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis is desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Additional certifications may enhance candidacy
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
