- Manage and maintain Epic modules related to scheduling and registration, including ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, and Referrals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows in ambulatory and hospital revenue cycle operations, including scheduling, registration, and patient accounting.
- Support integrated areas such as check-in, benefits, referrals, bed management, and orders.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to the Epic applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
- Conduct user training and create relevant documentation to support application use and workflow integration.
- At least five years of Epic experience, with proficiency in assigned modules.
- Minimum two Epic certifications (preferably ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, or Referrals).
- Two to three years of experience in IT application development, training, and implementation within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with workflows in scheduling, registration, HIM, patient accounting, and authorization/precertification processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
