What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain HB and PB expected reimbursement contracts in Epic
- Analyze and provide support for Epic's Reimbursement Contracts modules
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of reimbursement contracts
- Communicate with payers and maintain up-to-date contract inventory
- Provide support to other revenue cycle areas regarding reimbursement calculations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Business Administration, or related field
- Epic certification in Hospital Billing and Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience with Epic Contracts Reimbursements in Hospital Billing/Professional Billing
- Understanding of medical terminology, claims billing, and coding for both inpatient and outpatient services
- Ability to utilize Epic reporting tools for in-depth underpayment analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of experience in applicable clinical or business experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with multi-entity health care systems or managed care organizations
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented work
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with contract reimbursement models
