- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Certification required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance Administration Certification
- Experience teaching analysis and problem-solving principles to IT staff
- Familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations, and application integration
- Excellent organization skills with a creative approach to problem-solving
