What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications
- Oversee day-to-day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions related to operations
- Participate in applications analysis and impact analysis of new or modified applications
- Provide advanced application support and guidance to end users, serving as a point of contact for application issues
- Develop testing scripts and participate in testing initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year in programming or applications analysis
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Demonstrated competence in analysis and problem-solving principles, with an emphasis on user relations and data gathering techniques
- Ability to develop technical specifications for applications and familiarity with problem analysis and application integration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a provider, clinician, or in ancillary services during system implementation as a subject matter expert or super user
