      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tier 2 troubleshooting assistance to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
      - Resolve problems in a timely manner while keeping customers informed of unresolved issues
      - Engage with other analysts directly to address challenging issues
      - Offer ongoing support for the Epic application architecture and development
      - Maintain communication with team members to enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Epic Hospital Billing Admin certification
      - Minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience
      - Proven expertise in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support of Epic applications
      - Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Friday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
      - Additional certifications related to IT or healthcare applications
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and best practices
