What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to the Applications Analyst team in developing specifications for new or revised systems
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the section
- Work with client management to identify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections to ensure seamless integration and support
- Act as an expert technical resource throughout the development and implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Willow Certification and experience
- Strong supervisory skills to instruct, assign, direct, and check the work of other Applications Analysts
- Ability to assist in all levels of supervision and perform management functions in the absence of the Manager
