What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement product configurators within the Epicor CPQ platform, defining product options and pricing logic
- Develop and maintain workflows to generate accurate quotes, proposals, and bills of materials automatically
- Collaborate with IT to integrate Epicor CPQ with existing systems for seamless data flow
- Provide ongoing support and training to sales reps and end-users on product configuration and quote generation
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales cycles and manufacturing efficiency by refining CPQ rules and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years working with CPQ software, ideally Epicor CPQ or similar platforms
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering-to-order (ETO), or configure-to-order (CTO) environments
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot configuration errors and optimize system performance
- Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train non-technical users
- Basic understanding of CAD automation and APIs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms, with familiarity in Epicor CPQ’s Snap rules engine
- Understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and manufacturing workflows for complex products
- Experience with SolidWorks/AutoCAD or 3D visualization tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based software administration
