      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct business analysis, documentation, and process improvements in collaboration with business unit leaders
      - Identify opportunities to enhance ERP adoption and business use
      - Maintain and support ERP upgrades and installations across current and future locations
      - Provide training and support to Epicor system end-users
      - Design, build, deploy, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of Epicor ERP experience
      - Proficiency in quote-to-cash processing, financial GL setup/configuration, and BI tools like PowerBi
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with management and end users
      - Ability to travel as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with GL posting rules, BPMs, BAQs, SSRS, MRP, C#, and SQL
      - Effective presentation and training skills
