What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls from subscribers, family members, and responders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while minimizing equipment replacements
- Identify equipment malfunction trends and escalate when necessary
- Adhere to equipment troubleshooting and replacement procedures
- Maintain motivation, organization, and attention to detail to ensure timely issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience managing multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service etiquette
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Second language proficiency is desired
