What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
- Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the employer's POS system to ensure favorable outcomes
- Provide clerical support as part of a team to track citations
- Maintain a good attendance record
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous call center or phone-based work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Task-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attendance record
