What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up on tolls, parking, and fine citations
- Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
- Collaborate with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes
- Provide clerical support as part of a team to track citations
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Good attendance record
- Previous call center or phone-based work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment

- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- Familiarity with customer service best practices
- Previous experience in a clerical support role
