What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, understanding their equipment needs and processing rental orders
- Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and walk-in interactions
- Maintain strong administrative skills to support order processing and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with an incredible team to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Manage various types of construction and industrial equipment inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment
- Previous experience in the equipment rental industry
- Strong customer service and telephone skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
- Related experience in roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, or Customer Service Representative
