      Wells Fargo is seeking a Equity Sales Assistant to join our team.

      In this role, you will:

      • Manage Analyst marketing, meetings, and industry events with clients including roadshows, business travel, and client entertainment

      • Assist Sales teams and clients on conference meeting schedules

      • Facilitate client access to Wells Fargo Research portal

      • Keep client interactions updated in third party tracking systems

      • Liaison among Sales and Sales Traders

      • Attest to client activities on a monthly basis via Sales Team

      • Update CRM system with client firm contacts

      • Maintain proper client coverage

      • Understand system flows

      • Communicate with Sales personnel and Research Analyst teams

      This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Securities Sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • BS/BA or higher

      • 2+ years Sales Assistant experience within financial services

      • Experience working in a trading floor environment

      • FINRA registration including Series 7 and 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

      • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

      • Attention to detail

      • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

      $40.00 Hourly

      Pay Range

      $27.74 - $49.38
