      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all aspects of ERP system implementation and integration for approximately 300 users
      - Manage timelines, tasks, and reporting for multiple simultaneous projects
      - Act as a liaison between end users and development staff to resolve defects
      - Implement and operate financial systems and processes in a government environment
      - Ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager with increasing responsibility
      - Proven experience in managing all aspects of system implementation and integration
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with financial systems and processes
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle/Peoplesoft Financials in a large government setting
      - Master's Degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing projects with competing deadlines
      - Strong skills in defect resolution and stakeholder communication
      - Familiarity with large organizational structures and user management
