What is Required (Qualifications):
- Any combination of education and experience that meets the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role, including a relevant degree or work experience
- Minimum of one year of related experience
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and tax reporting systems
- Ability to clear a comprehensive background and clearance process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in research and analytics of complex tax situations or fast-paced production environments
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or LEAN
