What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and implement the assessment, identification, and recruitment of qualified student-athletes
- Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid in recruiting e-sports learners
- Maintain a comprehensive schedule for the academic year, including individual meetings
- Support the academic development and graduation of learners, serving as a role model
- Establish and maintain relationships with the university, alumni, high school coaches, and media

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 3 years of coaching experience with a team-based sport or activity
- 3+ years of experience with Overwatch
- Knowledge and commitment to all rules and regulations set by the College and National Association of Colleges and Employers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing e-sports programs or teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in sports management or related fields
- Familiarity with e-sports associations and networks
- Passion for fostering student engagement in e-sports
