What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct review meetings with clients and referral partners
- Organize and analyze asset information for estate planning
- Prepare various probate pleadings and coordinate filings with Probate Courts
- Draft basic estate planning documents and assist with asset titling
- Maintain client files in the case management system and ensure quality and accuracy of documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, estate administration, or long-term care planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Experience in drafting documents related to Trust & Estate matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a minimum of 3 years of experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel software
- Track record of proactive problem-solving and a meticulous eye for detail
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changes
