- Issuing badges, keys and swipe cards where requested-receiving & returning of deposits
- Being a first point of contact for stakeholders across the sites in regards to helpdesk issues
- To maintain and take charge of the Contractor car parking: allocating the bays, collecting payment and receipting them.
- Provide typing, data entry, telephone support to Estates team
