      We are currently recruiting for an Estates Administrator to join our department in the Estates team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest developing their administration experience and join a well-established team.

      The ideal candidate will:

      • Have strong communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate to key stakeholders
      • Have the ability to work on their own, self-managing workloads and tasks
      • Have a flexible working approach

      Main duties of the job

      Your day to day duties will include but may not be limited to:

      • Issuing badges, keys and swipe cards where requested-receiving & returning of deposits
      • Being a first point of contact for stakeholders across the sites in regards to helpdesk issues
      • To maintain and take charge of the Contractor car parking: allocating the bays, collecting payment and receipting them.
      • Provide typing, data entry, telephone support to Estates team
