Streamline process of data collection, reporting and analysis;
Coordinate projects in order to constantly improve activities and process (work smart);
Participate in interdepartmental projects;
Manage project milestone planning and execute progress reporting;
Advice and support Samsung Europe subsidiaries with new solutions and opportunities for logistics operations (productivity, efficiency, risk sensing);
Govern and optimize operations excellence for central and local distribution networks;
Initiate and develop, in close cooperation with our 4PL and 3PL partners, innovative solutions to increase operations service levels and manage costs;
Develop logistics operations and fulfillment network for Samsung online business;
Draft, verify and negotiate operational Terms and Conditions (SLA) with online partners and logistics service providers;
Identify and advise about tailored SCM/logistics solutions and best practices for online business/partnerships to a variety of stakeholders;
Propose process improvement plans to SELS management to increase efficiency, reduce operational cost and improve quality of online business;
Design dedicated warehouse operations ensuring optimum productivity and added value services for online business Including enhancement of workflows and system functionalities (WMS/TMS)

5+ years working experience in e-commerce and D2C operations;
Experience with(in) the field of Logistics or Supply Chain management (preferred);
Various experience in project management;
Ability to translate complicated requirements into well-defined tasks;
Bachelor degree / Master degree preferable in logistics or related field
Knowledge of warehouse and/or transport management systems (develop, operate);
Knowledge of Front-end system (Hybris, etc.) & ERP system
Experience of operations on Consumer electronics business is strongly preferred
Experience of leading procurement process both in warehouse and last-mile delivery
Ability to clearly translate complicated requirements into easy-to-understand tasks, and to motivate and influence through clear communications in all mediums
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT)
Comfortable working across different cultures
Proficient in English (Dutch is not mandatory)
Strong analytical skills;

Samsung Electronics Europe Logistics (SELS) is the Central European logistics organization of Samsung Electronics based in Delft, The Netherlands. SELS functions as a logistics and financial control tower within Samsung Europe, with a focused role in logistics & supply chain strategy, innovation and governance. SELS has approximately 150 employees located in the Netherlands and Slovakia.
The D2C TF team governs and develops the logistics operations and distribution networks in Europe (central, local) in cooperation with our logistics service providers (4PL, 3PL) for D2C (Direct to Customer) business. By translating voice of customer and biz requirements into best practice logistics solutions, Initiating advanced logistics innovation, and secure operations excellence.
