      Job Summary:
      The following position is for Extended School Year Transition Coordinator at Special Services

      Duration:
      July 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025
      Monday - Thursday from 8:30am - 12:30pm

      Rate:
      As per the REA Guideline


      Qualifications:
      • Hold a Teacher of the Handicapped or Students with Disabilities Certification.
      • Working as the District Transition Coordinator.
