      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare legal pleadings for filings in state and federal courts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines
      - Draft and proofread various legal documents, including letters, memos, and reports
      - Manage and maintain lawyers' calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing administrative inquiries and concerns
      - E-file court documents and maintain organized legal files and records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of litigation legal administrative assistant experience
      - Strong experience with California and Federal e-filing procedures
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Workshare Compare, Adobe, and advanced MS Word functionalities
      - Knowledge of court rules for multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance in document preparation and filing
      - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent prioritization and organizational skills

      - Experience scheduling and editing depositions
