What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct telephone interviews using research questionnaires with respondents across Pennsylvania
- Manage a minimum of 8-10 hours of work per week
- Utilize a computer or laptop to accurately record responses
- Ensure availability for evening and weekend shifts as required
- Work in-person or remotely based on location and qualifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have weekend availability
- Reliable transportation required for in-person work or reliable internet for remote work
- No prior experience in a call center or research necessary
- Ability to follow structured research protocols during interviews
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or research roles
- Familiarity with health-related topics or survey methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
