What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with assigned Committees and Communities to meet objectives and deadlines for conference presentations
- Collect and review presentation materials for CE and/or CLE accreditation compliance
- Schedule and participate in conference calls related to Committees and Communities
- Support webinar scheduling and provide assistance to webinar moderators
- Maintain detailed records of conference deadlines and completion status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three to five years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- General understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in claims resolution and litigation management
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
