      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow all client-mandated standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required
      - Manage hotel accommodations and changes, ensuring accurate attendee information
      - Provide timely reportable information for meetings and manage all attendee communication
      - Assist with onsite preparation and technical support for events, including badges and registration packets
      - Reconcile hotel invoices and expenses in Concur, ensuring quality control processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the meetings industry
      - Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
      - Experience with database management programs (Cvent or RainFocus preferred)
      - Familiarity with advanced functions in Excel, such as VLOOKUP and conditional formatting
