What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive event action plans, including strategies, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Collaborate on contract negotiations and statements of work (SOWs) with procurement
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, addressing any issues that arise promptly
- Conduct post-event analysis on key metrics to assess success and areas for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and tradeshow management
- Proven track record of managing successful corporate events and tradeshows
- Strong project management skills
- Willingness to travel 25% to 35% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the biotechnology, diagnostics, or healthcare sector
- Knowledge of current event trends and best practices
- Certification in event planning (CMP, CSEP, etc.)
