      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
      - Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve event-related errors
      - Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments to create and distribute event information
      - Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
      - Participate in on-call schedule rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday client support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years' experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience
      - Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
      - Flexibility to work some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Box Office experience
      - Overall awareness of the entertainment business
      - Knowledge of TM departments and their impact on clients
      - Creative problem-solving skills
      - Computer literate with excellent data entry skills
