What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop materials and financial projections for board management and external stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end M&A and investment processes, including strategy, sourcing, due diligence, execution, and integration
- Collaborate with the executive team on corporate strategy and lead special projects
- Drive organic growth initiatives through new business launches and resource consultation across divisions
- Manage and lead the Corporate Development team, embodying company values and promoting a culture of creativity and innovation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
- At least 10 years of transactional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in linear television
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Willingness to travel to Stamford, CT or NYC as needed, often on short notice

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading and managing transactions in-house
- Proven track record in strategic and financial analysis, complex deal structuring, and project management
- Experience launching new business initiatives in the media space (e.g., DTC Media, Studio Operations, Digital Publishers)
- Ability to communicate data effectively through various formats to a diverse audience
- Experience working across multiple regions and industries
