      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the auditing and processing of payroll forms, records, and documents
      - Utilize computerized charting programs to produce spreadsheet reports
      - Create reports related to payroll, employee information, time sheets, benefits, salaries, leave, taxes, deductions, payments, and other assigned duties
      - Create reports and spreadsheets to allow reconciliation for different departments
      - Use Excel to create complex formulas and functions to analyze data
      - Audit data to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes
      - Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to departments
      - Participate in auditing of manual and automated payroll data, information, records, and reports
      - Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll transactions
      - Ensure company's reported financial results comply with generally accepted accounting principles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) with written and verbal proficiency preferred
      - Minimum 6 months of experience with Payroll and Benefits
      - Solid written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to analyze data sets and communicate analytics effectively
      - Strong multitasking and time-management skills
      - Experience in auditing and reporting functions for payroll data, benefits, and taxes
      - Strong skills in data manipulation and integration from multiple databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Excel Spreadsheet Specialist in a payroll and human resources-related role
