What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales and customer service inquiries by answering calls promptly and professionally
- Accurately enter guest information and process orders in reservation systems
- Upsell enhancement packages and cross-sell products within the employer’s portfolio
- Resolve guest issues using strong service skills and maintain guest retention
- Participate in outbound calls to prospective leads as needed and execute additional projects assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college experience or degree is preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or reservation setting
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with a flexible schedule
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a high-volume sales or service environment
- Strong ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
