What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales calls and provide exceptional customer service using established scripts
- Accurately enter guest information and orders into reservation systems
- Maximize sales conversions and upsell enhancement packages
- Assist with customer inquiries through Omnichannel platforms including Chat, SMS, and Email
- Resolve guest issues while maintaining a focus on guest retention and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college experience or degree preferred
- One (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or reservation environment
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with a flexible schedule
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a high-stress customer service environment
