What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales and customer service calls, using sales skills to explain products, services, and pricing
- Accurately enter guest information and process orders in reservation systems
- Upsell enhancement packages and cross-sell products within the company's portfolio
- Resolve guest issues with strong customer service skills, maintaining guest retention
- Participate in outbound calls to prospective leads as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college experience or degree preferred
- One (1) year of customer service experience preferred; call center or reservation experience preferred
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends; schedule may change weekly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Experience dealing with high-stress situations effectively
- Previous experience in a high-volume sales and service environment
