What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales and customer service calls promptly and professionally

- Assist customers through various channels including Chat, SMS, and Email
- Resolve guest issues using strong problem-solving and guest service skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college experience or degree preferred
- One (1) year of customer service experience preferred, with call center or reservation experience being ideal
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with a flexible schedule
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in a high-stress customer service environment
- Previous training in sales techniques or customer service best practices
