Job Description

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives within the Surgical Operating Unit, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
- Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
- Coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
- 6 years of admin experience
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical technology setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- A proactive approach to identifying needs and implementing solutions.

Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,400.00 - $108,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
