Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Hospital Setting
Who you would be supporting: CNO/CFO
Description
• Performing overall duties and experience from list provided
• Support medical and physician staff through coordination of schedules and meetings
• Participate in planning/facilitating recruitment events
• Other event planning and scheduling
• Working directly with executive teams and covenant leadership
• Familiarization with internal systems as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications
o Strong Microsoft office, outlook, excel experience required
o Experience for time keeping, scheduling, payroll and other HR type functions as needed
o Ability to learn Covenant systems and software’s affiliated to job duties within Administrative and assistant work
o Work directly on IT requests and capital expenditure needs
o Minimum 5 years' experience
o Healthcare experience and executive assistant experience not required. Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
