SummaryHSHS is adding a Provider Recruiter to our team to support the medical group expansion initiative for providers in our IL region. This role is a full time position, works from home office but is required to travel onsite to our 62 clinics routinely for physician interviews. This role will also be responsible for travel out of state for corresponding career fairs in the service lines they cover. Primary areas of provider openings are Springfield, IL, O'Fallon, IL, and Effingham, IL service areas. This position reports directly to the System Director of Talent Acquisition and is part of a 4 person provider and executive recruitment team servicing the executive recruitment needs for all 13 hospitals across WI and IL and the HSHS Medical Group and Prairie Cardiovascular physician enterprise provider openings.
The ideal candidate is internally motivated to source passive candidates from HSHS sourcing platforms to fill specialty service line providers. Organizational skills are critical to success for this individual to be able to effectively move providers through a robust interview process in a timely manner. Expert skills in outlook (email and calendar), travel planning/logistics (flights, hotels, rental cars), and ATS navigation are needed for success.
Position Highlights
*Work from your home office located anywhere from Springfield, IL to O'Fallon, IL (East St Louis) corridors
*Ability to travel weekly for onsite interviews throughout IL service area (central/southern IL) and out-of-state career fairs
*Base salary and monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in business management, healthcare administration, human resources or related field is required.
High School Diploma plus five (5) years of provider and/or executive recruitment experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Two (2) years of recruitment or medical sales experience (any sector) is required.
(This requirement would be in addition to the years of experience required in lieu of a degree).
One (1) year of provider recruitment experience within a multi-specialty medical group practice is preferred.
Experience with executive recruitment is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) is preferred.
