- Strategic Planning Champion: Assist in strategic planning initiatives and managing projects.
- Financial Maestro: Manage the CEO's personal budget including handling meticulous data entry tasks. Manage payables for personal finances and occasional business payables.
- Email Ninja: Handle 90% of all email communications, utilizing strategic thinking to prioritize, schedule meetings, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Time Management Guru: Schedule all business and personal appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure the CEO's calendar remains well-organized.
- Business Support Superhero: Assist in managing calendars, projects, sales funnels, and meetings for multiple businesses..
- Operations Extraordinaire: Oversee miscellaneous tasks such as managing RV rentals, handling dry cleaning, and organizing the CEO's home office.
- Event Maestro: Identify and register the CEO for relevant events and knowing when to say no to requests such as industry events, meeting requests and mentoring requests.
- Guardian of Balance: Protect the CEO's schedule and provide gentle pushback when necessary to prevent overload and maintain focus.
- Previous administrative experience coupled with a background in managing an office or a similar work environment.
- Proven ability to work independently with little to no supervision, exhibiting exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a knack for multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a drive to exceed expectations.

This is a remote position.
As the Assistant to the CEO, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our CEO's vision and driving the company's success. You will also be supporting her in her work in three additional businesses and her position as a Board Co-Chair for the Entrepreneurs Organization. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), with the flexibility of working fully remote!
