What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide full administrative and organizational support for multiple senior leaders
- Proactively coordinate scheduling and travel across multiple time zones
- Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and communication
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses using company-specific systems
- Develop strong relationships with leaders, teams, and key business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Relevant administrative qualifications
- Experience managing and coordinating across senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of purchase order and travel systems (e.g., Coupa, Concur)
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Maturity in dealing with sensitive issues and navigating across organizations
