      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to two executives, managing their calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
      - Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized workplace
      - Plan and execute internal company events, including team-building activities and executive offsites
      - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or AdTech environment
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
      - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with managing POs; NetSuite experience is a plus
      - Experience in event planning, from conception to execution
      - A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic work environment
